Womens 10K training

Hello fellow jog/runners

Im Evelyn,
First blog ever may i add , but the plan is to keep you all up to date with how my training is or isnt coming along for next years Womens 10K.

I just enjoyed a nice break from jogging for a few weeks ..due to a slight Knee injury unforeseen and very annoying but ventured out for a run this morning and managed a good 4 miles before the grip of pain became too much too bare ,The cold mornings are just the thing to blow the cobwebs away and im hoping to at least be running twice a week for the next few weeks and then get a bit more serious after the festive season (hope your all agreed on this tee hee hee)..
Next run pencilled in for saturday morning after i drop my little girl Naomh at dance class, i have an hour to spare so i will use it wisely and i feel some hill work may be just the thing so all going according to plan i will drop by and update you all and if you feel up to it you can do some hill work too T.T.F.N. Evelyn
